Meet our Community School Facilitator Bianca Moreno!
Bianca has a background in community resources for many years and in Community School for 2 years. Her job consists of building connections with school staff, teachers, parent and guardians to help with school resources and community resources both internally and externally. Bianca's position serves as a bridge to strengthening relationships between teachers and families for student's academic success.
Bianca can provide resources such as: Food boxes, clothing, assistance with health coverage navigation, employment, technology assistance, hygiene kits, parent support, resources and referrals for basic needs, housing resources, transportation and utility assistance.
