At RCE we believe that strong partnerships between school, home, and community help children thrive. Together, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where students not only grow academically but also develop the character and confidence they need to succeed in life. 

This year, our focus is on ensuring that our students embrace our school wide expectations of being Responsible, Respectful, Safe and Kind. Our goal is to build a culture of belonging while fostering academic excellence. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing high-quality instruction and meaningful learning experiences.
